Joshua C. Egler Law is a solo operated firm staffed by Joshua C. Egler, Esq.

Since graduating from Western New England School of Law and passing the bar in 2018, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges. My practice focuses on housing, debt, criminal defense, and family law, and I bring experience from working in both Connecticut and Western Massachusetts, including time at the Court Service Centers where I assisted people facing a wide range of legal issues.

I approach every case with a client-focused mindset. That means I take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and work with you to find practical solutions that fit your unique situation. I believe that strong advocacy starts with respect and open communication.

I am especially passionate about helping families. Whether it's guiding parents through difficult transitions, helping tenants and homeowners protect their rights, or defending individuals in criminal matters, I am committed to standing by my clients every step of the way.

My work has also connected me with people from many different walks of life. I am knowledgeable and affirming in my work with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals and families, and I take pride in creating a legal practice where everyone is respected and supported.
